1. Where do you depart from in Manhattan?
We depart from two locations in Manhattan, Pier 11 and East 35th St.

Pier 11 is at the corner of Wall St & South St, two blocks south of South Street Seaport and about a 15-minute walk north of Battery Park.

E. 35 St Ferry Landing is between 34th and 35th Sts on the FDR Drive.  It is just north of the 34th St Heliport.

2. Do you go to the South St Seaport?
Not directly. South St Seaport is Pier 17. The Seaport is 2 blocks north of Pier 11,  just a five-minute walk.

3. Does SeaStreak provide transportation once I arrive in New York?
No, but NYC offers a wealth of public transportation options. Visit www.mta.nyc.ny.us/nyct/index.html for information and schedules.

4. Does the boat dock right at Yankee Stadium and Citi Field?
Yes, both stadiums are right on the water.  About a 10 minute walk from ferry to stadium.

5. Where do I get off to go to the theater?
The Broadway Theater District runs from 6th to 9th Aves and from 41st to 54th Sts.  Your best bet would be to take the SeaStreak ferry to the E. 35th St Ferry Landing.  From there you can either walk to your theater or up to 1st Ave for a cab.

6. Do you go to Brooklyn?
No, we do not operate any service to Brooklyn.

7. Do you go to the Statue of Liberty?
No, although we pass right by Lady Liberty on all of our commuter runs, we do not go directly to the Statue of Liberty.  Ferry service to the statue is available from Battery Park, just a short walk from Pier 11. For more information, visit  www.statueoflibertyferry.com.

8. Can I purchase tickets on the boat?
Yes, you may purchase tickets with cash only on board all the SeaStreak ferries. If you would like to use a credit card, you must purchase your ticket in the various SeaStreak ticket offices in New Jersey.  If you are boarding in Manhattan then you may purchase a round trip or one way ticket on board the vessel for cash only.  We do not have ticket offices in Manhattan.

9. What is Priority Boarding and when do you do it?
When we determine that there will be an unusually large number of passengers attempting to board a given departure, we will board Ticket Book Holders first followed by Daily Round-Trip and One Way Ticket holders . We will not sell tickets for any run that is priority boarded. Only if space allows we will sell one way and round trip tickets for cash at the boat.
In order to be Priority Boarded you must present a 40 trip or 10 trip ticket with a valid ticket book or ticket book cover. To find out if a run will be priority boarded, check the SeaStreak News and Updates page.

10. Is there food for sale on board?
All SeaStreak ferries have a full cash bar serving spirits, beer, wine and soft drinks as well as bagged snacks. We allow passengers to bring food on board, we just ask that you do not bring coolers on board.

11. Is the boat enclosed?
The SeaStreak catamarans have three decks.  The Lower Deck is all-indoor, the Second Deck is half indoor and half outdoor and the Third Deck is all outdoor.

17. Does SeaStreak charge for parking? What are parking rules?
No, SeaStreak offers complimentary parking at all of its ports in New Jersey.

SeaStreak Parking Rules
Please be considerate of others when you park and do not block others in.  If you block someone's car in and they return before you do, you will be towed at your expense.

Parking is free in all SeaStreak New Jersey locations.

Atlantic Highlands: Commuter parking is located on your left as you come down First Ave towards the SeaStreak office.  There is additional parking in the small lot located next to the SeaStreak Ticket Office. As the commuter parking lots at our Atlantic Highlands location are not SeaStreak property, there is absolutely no overnight commuter parking permitted in Atlantic Highlands, regardless of snow removal or not.  Cars left overnight will be towed by the Atlantic Highlands Police Department at owners expense.

Conners, Highlands : Cars can be left for up to 48 hours ONLY.  Any car left longer is subject to be ticketed/ towed.  As for drop offs and pickups of passengers, please know that you are not permitted to stop or sit in the fire zones.  This includes the entire area along the bulkhead.  The area is a legal fire zone and the Highlands Police are enforcing the restrictions and may issue tickets to cars stopped or sitting in the fire zones.

Sandy Hook Bay Marina :  This lot is not owned by SeaStreak so we ask that if you plan to leave your car overnight you park at our Conners location just down the street and take a vessel from there or walk down to the SHBM to take the 7:30am departure.  SHBM does not permit overnight parking.

Please know that in times of heightened security or extreme weather conditions local authorities may be forced to remove your vehicle from all parking areas and where overnight parking is normally permitted. SeaStreak will not be responsible for any fees associated with you obtaining your vehicle from the tow company.
